Expert Service

Expert Measurements
While we are still at your home, we will take detailed measurements on the same day, so there will be no delay in your order. We will then arrange an installation date for about two to three weeks away.

Expert Installation
Here comes the fun part! A Certified Hunter Douglas installer (always a Vertical Elegance employee) will arrive at your house and masterfully install your gorgeous new window treatments.

Expert Repair Services
This step is where our services really set us apart from the rest. We will repair your window treatments, usually free of charge, if you purchased the product from our store. It doesn’t matter how long ago you purchased the product; we will repair it.
