We ordered blinds from Vertical Elegance and we are so happy with them. Nelson came to our house and expertly measured our windows. We looked through sample books at home in the location where the blinds would be hung, which made for the best color matching. We had a terrific experience with Vertical Elegance from our first time in the store to our installation tiday!  The Hunter Douglas shades are "elegant" for sure...very high quality and mechanically sound.  We also bought the hub to be able to raise and lower the shade when out of town..works wonderfully...Nelson and Jeff's installation was very professional and with terrific experience and suggestions...love the final product!! Nelson was prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful with making our selections for shades. The pricing was discounted and sales were shared. He told us about a new energy credit that will be available with the purchase. He also correctly demonstrated how to use a previously purchased shade mechanism. We have purchased from Vertical Elegance and will continue to make future purchases. He definitely deserves 5 stars. I previously posted the above review for an earlier purchase and the same applies for our most recent purchase and installation. If you are in the market for shades Nelson and Vertical Elegance are an excellent and your best choice. May  2025 we continue to do business with Nelson  at Vertical Elegance due to his prompt  service and pricing.  It is always a pleasure doing business with him. Nelson was effortless to work with and clearly had years of experience and knowledge with his products.
